2015 Annual Conference Room Reservation Directions
Renaissance Hotel at the Convention Center

The Montgomery Renaissance Hotel (headquarters hotel for the 2015 ALCA Annual Conference) has reserved a block of rooms for our attendees. It is time to begin making reservations. We have had a number of requests for booking information already.

Then, simply follow the cues. Group code is "coucoua" if you are asked.
 
If you prefer to handle reservations by phone,just call 1-800-Mariott (1-800-627-7468) and say you need to book a reservation at the Renaissance Hotel in Montgomery, AL for the appropriate dates under Alabama Counseling Association or ALCA.
 
Just for your information, the base rate for one person should be $121. The rate goes up for each additional person in room- four max.
 
I encourage you to go ahead and make your reservations as our "block" will fill.
